This is a story of a girl, Pari.

Her kind nature made her, the apple of everyone’s eyes. She looked after her elders well. She took care of her wellbeing as well. She was a responsible and a sensible girl.

One day, while returning home from temple Pari saw a begger. He was in terrible condition. Dirty cloths, dirty hair, walking without wearing any footwear. Pari stopped for a while to give him money. Suddenly, she took back her hand with money and ran back home.

She reached home and went to the store room and began to find something from one trunk to another, from one baggage to another and found what she was searching “A weighing scale.”

Next day, when Pari visited the temple, she took the weighing scale with her. Her eyes were searching for that begger. After looking here and there she finally found the begger sitting next to a flower shop.

She went near the begger and gave him the weighing scale. The begger got surprised and asked ” what is this ? “. Pari replied ” this is a weighing scale”. Begger asked again ” what will I do with it? “. She answered ” you don’t have to beg now”. Begger questioned, “how?”. Pari said, ” you will now be able to check the weight of the people who pass from this lane, and they will give you money for checking their weight! “.

The begger’s eyes glittered with happiness and he thanked the her.

Though Pari was a strong girl, she still gets afraid of uncertain future. One day an earthquake occurred near her city. Her friend from another country was worried and checked if she is alright. She answered yes, I am alright. Her friend felt so relieved. Her friend Remi loves Pari, understands and care about her.

They both were blessed to have each other. They both were like minded always talking about health and happiness. Pari didn’t like if She finds Remi talking to someone other than Pari. Due to Pari’s introvert nature she can’t express herself openly but gets angry with Remi. And stop talking to Remi. Remi gets upset but didn’t say anything to Pari.

One day Remi decided that she will not talk to others as Pari is more important than anyone else in her life. They both resolve there misunderstandings and found happiness in each other. Their bond and connection was like this.

You never know who will come across your path and change your life for better.

It’s Different

Imagine you are walking in a park and saw children playing different games, group of people enjoying their leisure time with their friends and sipping tea or coffee. Other fitness freaks like you are doing their brisk walking, running. Group of people have their dance classes going on and you can also register by paying nominal fee. Woo hoo! So much interesting things going on. Does it makes you more motivated, more committed towards doing exercise daily?

If the answer is yes, then visit these kind of happy places more often. You will feel energetic to see others doing work outs or just playing any game, it also keeps you active. Spending time with nature is the most rejuvenating activity. You don’t have to spend a penny to visit a park and you gain so much.

New movie in theater, wanna watch it? What are you waiting for? Just book a ticket and watch your favourite stars on big screen. Here you have to spend some money. But what’s the big deal. For being entertained, it’s worth it. Isn’t it? Everything is slowly and gradually coming to pre-covid levels, be it entertainment industry, or any other business. Everyone is celebrating everywhere in their own way. Happiness everywhere is good sign.

We are tech savvy generation, for each and every action we do, we have apps in our mobile to make things easy for us. Here comes CHAT GPT, whole world is talking about it. Recently, I saw the Pro’s and Con’s of CHAT GPT on T.V. One of the invitee on T.V. was talking about so many Ill effects of using CHAT GPT, and another invitee said because whole world is using this new technology we also should use it otherwise our country will lag behind. What rubbish reason she had given to use and accept CHAT GPT.

Just because others are on wrong path we also should follow them? Is it right? It’s true we all have different opinions towards same thing. Be it technology or anything else, but we have to portray things in such a manner that we always stay neutral. Let the audience decide what is good or bad for them.

We are bloggers by our own choice, we have our own way and style of saying things. It may or may not be liked, but we still write because when we write if gives us immense pleasure and happiness. It’s a source to please our souls. When readers like our writing we feel more happy. It’s a great platform which bring together the whole world.

We are unique and think differently. We have our own ways to celebrate, to be happy, to pray, to do things at our own pace. We don’t need motivational speakers if we accept ourselves, the way we are, stop chasing people and copy people.

If we think differently, it’s a blessing, it’s our unique self that can see things which others can’t see or imagine. Be happy that you are different.

People are important

Money can buy you anything and make you happy too,but for a short span of time. Inner happiness comes from, when you spread happiness in the form of support to your loved ones when they are in need. Always stand by their side no matter what. A caring person in your life is like a diamond, don’t lose that person at any cost. You are more lucky than you think if you have even one single person who genuinely cares for your well being. And if you are blessed than you have whole world stand by your side. Not because you are rich in monetary terms but you are rich by heart.

Money earned is invested to have good returns in future. Likewise, invest in honest and true relationships, friendships, they will never let you down and will give you the happiness you are in search of all the time. They are the pearls to treasure.

We all are blessed in one way or the other, it’s just that we have to find a right path towards happiness . Happiness is priceless, find like-minded people, stay connected to them. Shifting to other city or country doesn’t mean we cannot stay connected to our friends. I have friends who live in other countries and they are still in touch with me. Make new friends and always remember old ones.

People who encourage you to do better, know your flaws and still believe in you are your people. A friend is one who put you on right path, always knows what’s good for you. In this busy world if someone is giving you her time and cares for you, feel blessed.

Relation with family matters too. Be always available for your children, be it son or daughter. The more you invest your time with them you can expect the same from them in future. The bond with your children is most precious one. Their well being is parents responsibility.

I can connect to like-minded people around the world and learn from them too through blogging. It’s a great feeling to be appreciated by others for your work or writing. Great to have you all. We encourage each other and motivate each other by our blogs. Thank you for being part of my life.

Be original

From childhood we idolize many people in life. We wanted to be like them, we follow their footsteps. But, ‘being original is being creative’. Creative people may or may not be original but originality comes with creativity.

We have hundreds of channels and thousands of T.V. shows and programs to choose from. We land up choosing shows which makes us calm, which makes us laugh, gives information. We have option in our set top boxes called, trending shows, trending channels it helps us to choose what to watch. But I think we choose wrongly when we choose trending things. Just because everyone is watching, we think we should also watch it otherwise we will miss something.

Our originality lies in what different choices we make in life, rather than copying others. Following a public figure is good, follow their good qualities and blend it with your originality. The outcome will amaze you, you will follow your idol without loosing yourself too. Each one of us has unique qualities, enhance those wonderful qualities. This can’t be done by watching T.V. or being occupied whole day on social media. It can only be achieved by first of all know, your creativity lies in which field. Music? Dance? Writing? Public speaking? Acting? Painting? Sports?

Some are God gifted and others have to learn from others to develop their skills. We always compare one child to another but each and every child is special. If one child is good in studies another may be good in sports. I am lucky to have an all-rounder at home.

When your parents force you to do something but you don’t have interest in doing that makes you hate that particular activity, in childhood. And if by chance you agree to do that, you will loose your originality, you keep on thinking the way your parents makes you to think. Adventures, exploring things these all activities are necessary for development of a child’s mind.

I have seen so many painting competitions with a topic, with a theme. For example, draw anything which shows different type of eco-friendly products etc. I know the idea behind giving a topic to the child is to let the child think about it. But, don’t you think organizers are forcing the child to think that way. Every child has his/her own mindset. Forget about competitions, at home just give your child colours and drawing sheet let them draw what they want to draw. You will see your child will draw things which he/she may have never discussed with you. Their own feelings, may be you will better know about their mindset then.

We all refer to Google for even making a drawing when it is given in our child’s homework. Children have stop thinking, stop imagining, stop observing things around them. They just sit and Google everything, find answers in YouTube channels. Originality has taken back seat. They just copy from internet. What can I say about children I myself download images from Google to wish on any occassion to someone.

Home cooked food has its own aroma, it’s unique, original style of cooking. Now what we do is, order food from outside food chains, we keep on eating same burger again and again, with less nutritional value and more harm to health. Homecooked food is more hygienic, more healthy as the ingredients are of high quality, it satisfy our hunger more easily. Original taste of a dish is enhanced by the love which is poured in homecooked food than the food available in any restaurant. They cook food to make money, but homecooked food is made with love and care and ingredients are choosen very carefully. No women of the family will choose adulterated ingredients from market even if it’s cheap on pocket. She will choose to buy less quantity instead.

Coming back to originality. When we write any blog it’s our own creativity the way we write is our originality. Everyone has their own style of writing. You may find many blogs on same topic but the content in each one of them will be different from one another.

Love for writing

Love for writing is developed by the way you feel about things and express it through your words. When I started writing, I started reading other bloggers writings also, learn a lot from them. Some of the bloggers guide what to write and what not to write in a blog. Keeping in mind all the points, making it a worth reading blog, everytime I write, becomes my motto.

The more I wrote the more I wanted to write. The thirst for writing makes you a better writer. I also struggle, some day I don’t know what to write, other day I am so busy that couldn’t find enough time to write. You might also faced same problem? When you write from your heart, you don’t bother about how many words you are writing. You just write and rest you leave it in the hands of your honest readers.

In a blog which I read once, it was written that we must not use harsh words on the contrary in another blog I read about we must not hide our harsh feelings and also write about it also. By reading so many blogs about writing I came upon a conclusion, which is, follow your heart and listen the voice of your soul. When you write anything without thinking about so many boundaries and parameters you bloom as a writer. It becomes your style.

I am still learning, still growing, still have a long way to go. I am not an expert to guide you how to write but if you are new to the journey make sure you write consistently. The more you write, the more readers will know you and possibility is, will follow and like your work. When your work is being appreciated by others, it motivates you to write more for them. Help them know you, share your experiences with them.

When we connect with our readers it becomes easy to excel with like minded people. Exchange of knowledge is best way to connect, learn and grow together. To give weightage to your blog it’s important to share knowledgeable writings which can benefit everyone who read it. Each and everyone of us has something unique in us. Why not support, inspire, appreciate, motivate each other by our words.

World needs more kind words and actions. If my words inspires someone, I will be more than happy. Everyone’s thought process is different. When we read other’s blogs, we came to know about their perspective about a particular thing and we learn more. Today on 9th Sep, 2022 is World’s EV Day. So let’s take a pledge to switch to EV as soon as possible. To save environment we must take actions which we can.

Journey on a plane

We all might have travelled from one place to another on plane. I also travelled many times. Sometimes we enjoy, another time not. We demand something or the other when we are boarding on plane. We always think, we have paid the airlines money, we must avail all the facilities provided by the airline. We just press a button and one of the crew member within a few seconds is at our service, as if, we have rubbed Alladin’s lamp and a genie appears in front of us asking ‘ kya hukum hai mere aakka’ ( how can I help you). Then we ask sometimes for drinks, AC etc.

Recently I have the pleasure to go on vacation and while travelling I also like any other passenger was cursing the airline, this is not good, that is bad, comparing with other airlines. I was excited to reach the destination and nothing other than that came in my mind. Reached there, enjoyed the vacation and while coming back through same airline my thought process totally changed.

The AC was off, everyone was annoyed and asking to turn on the AC. One of the crew member came and said AC will be turned on once the plane take off. I was also feeling hot but stayed silent. One passenger from my behind said ” They are not switching on the AC will they give us refreshment also or not?”. I was thinking how stressful it is to calm down the passengers, no doubt passengers were also right. All this was being handled by one of stewards on the plane.

The plane took off well, passenger behind my seat was boarding on plane for the first time, he remembered God. Our plane’s captain was a female. I don’t know why I was happy to know this. I silently wish all the best to the female captain in my mind and slept. When I woke up, it was 4 o’ clock in morning and we reached at airport before scheduled time. The landing was also smooth. All the passengers including me were waiting for the doors of the plane to open so that we can exit. While coming out I saw the captain of the plane. In white uniform she was looking fab. She was in a hurry, took her baggage and exit just before me.

Driving a car might be easier than flying a plane I am sure. While driving a car,daily going through same route you become aware: where the speed breakers are, when you will approch a traffic signal, you can stop by the side, you are grounded, doing nothing against gravity. On the other hand, inspite of being on same route pilot don’t know when the plane has to go though thick clouds. Each day is new and unpredictable. And if the passengers are not happy with the services you just have one choice- to calm them. The training which crew members get is maybe more about how to be mentally prepared for any unforseen circumstances, how to remain calm if they have irritating passengers on board etc. All these thoughts in my mind made me silent and to respect the profession of a Pilot and crew members. A big thank you to the Captain of our plane.

Happy Homes

How you feel when you come home after a busy day at office? You sit and take a deep relaxing breathe, isn’t it. Home is where we feel relaxed, be ourselves, we are free to do what we feel to do. We enjoy quality time with family. We laugh, share day’s activity, plan for future, plan a vacation. Home is the most important part of our life. Some people are blessed to have their own home, big or small, others may live at a rented home. We feel safe when we are at home.

Homes protect us from severe weather conditions like thunderstorm, extreme hot or cold weather. We should thank God for the blessings we have in life and always be happy that we have roof on our head. Different cities have different price for same measurement of home. It all depends upon the location of a home, facilities near home, construction and measurement. Each and every home has its own story to tell. We make childhood memories in a home which we remember throughout our life.

We cook food, enjoy home cooked food, decorate it the way we like. It’s a whole world for a family. The pandemic outbreak also make us realise how being at home was the key to fight against the disease. People have spend money on home appliances in last two years as all were stuck at their homes and were trying new recipes daily. More people are buying homes or wish to buy home in future. It doesn’t matter how big the home is, but what matter is how happy a home is. Each and every moment spend at home counts. Travelling is what I enjoy the most and yes we make memories when we visit a new place. But home is where we come back and relax.

We celebrate festivals at home. Home is a place where we are real, being ourself. We pray, live together, share our joy and sadness with family. Every home has its own vibes. Presence of each and every family member of a home makes it unique. Strong family values makes a person fight with all the ups and downs which comes in front of him/her in the journey called life.

Each and everyone of us must have listen to the stories of our grand parents, we not only listen but learn from their stories, how they lived their lives. Every story is unique sometimes we relate to them sometimes they are totally different from how we live. Whenever at home we watch different series on T.V or OTT platforms some makes us relate to them, others open our eyes and makes us aware of things we haven’t heard of.

After living for years in a home we get attached to it. People who build, decorate their homes with heart and soul, each and every corner reflect their taste their choices. When they thought of selling old house for new one it makes them emotional. At home we do have different opinions, we fight, we quarrel. Difference of opinion makes us know others perspective of a particular thing. But at the end, in times of crisis we stand together and that is the beauty of a family relation and bonding.

Each and every door in a house opens a new world, it bring you to your child’s room, to living area, to kitchen, to bathroom, to bedroom, to balcony. Plants in a home makes it more lively. People take help of interior designer, vastu experts, feng shui experts and make amendments according to their advice.

‘A House is made of bricks and stones, a home is made of love alone‘.
