Trust is an important element in any relationship. If you trust your friends and family you share so much with them. Absence of trust makes you uncomfortable to have deep conversations with them.
When we talk about trust we must include ourselves too. Trust yourself that you can do anything and everything possible. Trust, when you feel low that everything happens for a reason.
Trust, the best ones enter your life, who no matter what happens, believes in you, who supports you. Sometimes you need only you, to take a break and understand how to keep going when things are challenging. At that moment you need someone who just be there , without any advice, without judging, without saying anything.
Recently watched a video of ALIA BHATT KAPOOR and her sister Shaheen. The way ALIA always stand up for her family and sister is commendable. ALIA is a bubbly girl and when she cries in front of camera how mature she is to understand that I have to be there for my sister. ALIA IS A REAL GEM 💎 ✨️ 💖.
I understand the bonding between sisters. This is called trust. I love ALIA for the person she is in real life, a good mother and a great great actor, writer, entrepreneur and singer.
Have deep conversations with your loved ones, have fun with family. ALIA BHATT KAPOOR is my choice, who is keen on climate change actions.

We often visit to mall near our place. From past 6-8 months or so me and my son were observing a thing. Whenever we were waiting for food ordered, we saw people sitting around enjoying their food. Some with family, some with friends. What surprised us was we always saw two or three people eating their food alone. Me and my son always talk about this and one day I decided to go alone in the mall to experience how it feels to eat alone. I had never done this before.
So, I went to the mall shopped alone, bought two t-shirts for my son. It didn’t felt awkward shopping alone because I did it many times before.
Now, I went to the food court which is on third floor of Pacific Mall. I was already feeling shy to eat anything alone. I ordered a drink and finished it in a hurry because it seemed everyone is staring at me only. My experience was not good.
Why people go alone and enjoy food? It hit me hard. I searched on Google and found about Solo Dates.
I know everyone talks about self love, self care nowadays. I also wrote about it, but didn’t know about solo dates. Is it worth it? Let’s find out.
Today we will know more about solo dates.
According to google:
Solo dates is an activity you do by yourself, often to prioritize self care and self discovery. Solo dates can be great way to:
I totally agree with Google on all the above mention points.
Ideas of Solo dates according to google:
I again totally agree with all the ideas of google except the last one because I never seen anybody happy eating alone. You can have your meal at home that may be a great idea.
Solo dates are a good way to listen to your souls voice which will help you decide what is good and bad for you. When we are surrounded by people we often come under their influence and take decisions accordingly.
Keep the steering of your life in your hands.
Stay happy stay healthy.

This summer vacations when we were not at home for a week, most of my plants died due to extreme heat (due to global warming). The rest of the plants were in very bad condition. Their leaves 🍃 were in poor condition.
When we came back, first thing which I had to do was, say goodbye to dead plants. I was so heart broken 💔 because 3 of them were flowering plants (my favourite). Anyways, from last 3 weekends I keep purchasing new plants. Some times 3, sometimes 4, was very happy with new additions.
First thing which I do in the morning is gazing at my little babies (plants). It makes my whole day happy. I was not satisfied and yesterday bought 8 more plants. I don’t know why this love for plants appears. Keep searching, how to look after my new plant, keep watching videos on plants.
I think I am developing interest in plants because last week I went to my optician for eye checkup and my eye sight is becoming more week due to continuesly watching share prices on mobile and want to quit share trading now. I have read somewhere that people who stare at plants improves eye sight. I can say love for plants becomes blessing in disguise for me.
Gardening keeps you physically and mentally fit. New leaf 🍃 new flower 🌼 🌸 keeps your mornings fresh and joyful. It brings colours 🌈 to our boring life.

Above is today’s pic. Pink Hibiscus in my balcony.
Next I want to do kitchen gardening. But due to less space I have to use innovative ideas to do so. If someone of you know something about kitchen gardening, do share your ideas in comments. I am a beginner.
Tell me if you would start gardening, which is the first plant you will buy? And why?
Grow more and more plants 🪴. It’s very good and essential for us and the ecosystem.
Stay happy stay healthy.

Successful people may or may not be happy but happy people are always successful. People think when we will be successful we will be happy. Happiness is free. You just have to find it within yourself. They say “BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF” but I say “BE THE HAPPIER VERSION OF YOURSELF”.
Because when you are happy from within nothing is impossible and everything you do will have that positivity which is missing in people who only work and stay busy or they work just to stay busy.
To be happy is our responsibility we can’t blame others for not keeping us happy. Question yourself, what makes you happy? When you answer this, another question arise, are you doing things which makes you happy? Most of the people don’t have time for the things which makes them happy.
Small gestures, small things makes us happy most of the time. We ignore these things thinking that more money more happiness. It’s very good to be financially independent but at the same time it’s important to focus on our happiness goals too.
When you give 1 hour daily to yourself your 23 hours will automatically become happier than before. Choice is yours.
Stay happy Stay healthy.

Hemkund Sahib is the world’s highest gurdwara located at Uttrakhand, India. This vacations we get the opportunity to visit this holy place. The experience was so interesting that it encourages me to write a blog.
The thought to visit this holy place was of my son. He wants to go for trekking and also wants to go to Hemkund Sahib gurdwara. I was a little scared as it is a very tough trek. After his repeated requests we decided to visit the Gurdwara Sahib.
We booked a cab and started our journey from New Delhi to Sri Nagar Gurdwara situated at Uttrakhand. We stayed there for first night of the vacations. Next day we travelled by road and reached Gobind Ghat Gurdwara.
Both the days we travelled day long and second day rest at Gobind Ghat Gurdwara. Now was the day of trekking. The 3rd day we hired a cab which took us 4 km from Gobind ghat to the starting point of the trek.
We all were very excited and started the trekking. The trek was of 9 km. We started at 7 am in the morning. I was very tired and my son too after 4kms. Helicopter service is also available and you can go by pony also. Repeatedly asking my son that you can avail the facility of pony or helicopter but he was not ready to go by any means but by his own.We reached Gobind Dham Gurdwara by 5 pm in the evening.
It was very necessary to take rest so that we can be energised enough for the next day trek which was of 6 kms taking us to our destination HEMKUND SAHIB GURDWARA. The challenge here is due to high altitude and low oxygen levels no body is allowed to stay at GURDWARA HEMKUND SAHIB and everyone have to return back the very same day from GURDWARA HEMKUND SAHIB TO GOBIND DHAM.
This means we have to trek for 6+6=12 kms.
I was very scared and excited at the same time. We left our hotel room by 6 in the morning and took a pony each for 3 km trek after which the glaciers started and we have to go trekking by our own.

The experience can’t be expressed in words. We reached the GURDWARA HEMKUND SAHIB by 11 am and after bowing down before the almighty stayed inside the Gurdwara Sahib till 12:30 pm listening Gurbani.
The helpers of the Gurdwara Sahib announced the weather conditions are changing please leave for GURDWARA GOBIND DHAM. We left there and then. After we trek for 3 kms which was the glaciers part. We should have taken the pony again but we didn’t. This was the big mistake by us. It took so long to reach back and we were so tired. My legs were paining like anything. We reached Gobind dham 7 pm. I was unable to take a single step.
We reached our hotel had dinner and slept. Next day we have to go back from GOBIND DHAM TO GOBIND GHAT GURDWARA for which we took a pony each because we were unable to walk.
We started 11 am in the morning and reached GURDWARA GOBIND GHAT 4 PM.
It was a challenging experience though worth it. Now when I am writing this blog thinking as if it was really a dream.
6th Day morning we left for Gurdwara Rishikesh. After day long journey stayed there for a night and seventh day reached our home town New Delhi.
This was an experience which I will never forget my whole life.
Stay happy Stay healthy.
