Men think they can control women by putting all the family responsibility on her and escape himself by saying I can’t take the pressure any more or I am having headache. On the other hand women with performing all the duties at home still have the potential to grow, still have ability more than a man she can take more pressure than men.

Above mention image show how man behave with a woman. If your in laws are abusing you. You have to take action . Women should support women and collect all the evidence against abuse of any kind . You don’t have to leave your home just stay there nobody can dare throw you out of your house. Stay strong always.
Talk to your family and friends more often don’t be scared of anyone not your husband not your in laws. Always stay in touch , keep updating about your well being.
Stay away from manipulative people. If they want to interact with you. Stay calm if they provoke you , observe their pattern. Keep physical distance from them . Keep conversation small. Don’t over explain things. Focus on your happiness and well being instead.
Apply grey rock theory. Small reply, don’t start a conversation, stay focus on your work. Love yourself, self care, self growth is everything. Don’t waste your time and energy on unnecessary gossips. If a woman think to keep moving forward after a trauma she can do wonders.
Just focus on staying calm. For that you can:
All the best girls.
Stay connected, stay happy, stay healthy , stay safe.

Solution: Eliminate unnecessary plastic packaging and adopt sustainable alternatives.
One of the biggest environmental challenges today is plastic waste. Millions of tons of plastic enter landfills, rivers, and oceans every year. Industrialists should replace single-use plastic packaging with biodegradable materials, recycled paper, reusable containers, or plant-based alternatives. Companies should redesign products to minimize packaging and encourage refill and return systems. Reducing plastic at the source can significantly decrease pollution and carbon emissions associated with plastic production.
Solution: Transition to renewable energy.
Industries should invest in solar, wind, and other renewable energy sources to power factories and operations. Energy-efficient machinery, smart manufacturing systems, and regular energy audits can further reduce emissions. Setting measurable carbon reduction targets and reporting progress publicly will enhance accountability.
Solution: Adopt a circular economy model.
Many industries follow a “take, make, and dispose” approach. Instead, businesses should design products that can be repaired, reused, refurbished, or recycled. Using recycled raw materials and reducing waste generation can lower environmental impact while improving resource efficiency.
Solution: Improve water management.
Water shortages are becoming increasingly common due to climate change. Industries should invest in rainwater harvesting, wastewater treatment, and water recycling systems. Efficient water use not only protects natural resources but also reduces operational costs.
Solution: Support ecosystem restoration.
Businesses should ensure sustainable sourcing of raw materials and actively participate in tree-planting and habitat restoration projects. Protecting forests and biodiversity helps absorb carbon dioxide, improves air quality, and strengthens ecological resilience.
Solution: Build green supply networks.
Industrialists should work with suppliers who follow environmental standards and prioritize low-carbon transportation methods. Sustainable procurement practices can reduce emissions throughout the value chain and encourage broader environmental responsibility.
Solution: Educate employees and consumers.
Companies should conduct environmental awareness programs, promote sustainable workplace practices, and provide consumers with information about eco-friendly product choices. Informed stakeholders are more likely to support climate-positive initiatives.
The year 2026 presents an opportunity to accelerate climate action. Industrialists possess the resources, influence, and innovation capabilities needed to drive meaningful change. By reducing plastic packaging, embracing renewable energy, conserving water, adopting circular economy principles, protecting ecosystems, greening supply chains, and promoting sustainability awareness, industries can become powerful leaders in the fight against climate change. The actions we take today will determine the health of our planet for generations to come.
Even at home small act of saving water, electricity, growing your own vegetables means you know the value of life, our ecosystem. When you go shopping research well about the brand you choose, whether the brand is using sustainable methods of producing goods . This can make a big impact on how we encourage brands to adopt sustainable resources, who are still not on the path of sustainability will have to follow it sooner. This world environment day take a pledge to promote environment friendly activities.
Choose wisely.
Stay happy, stay healthy, stay safe , stay connected.

Rising temperature in many parts of the world is a reason there is possibility of heat stroke. Beware of the heat stroke. Summers are more hot than past decade or so.
Go out only if it’s urgent otherwise avoid going out.
If you are going out cover your head, wear sunglasses and sun screen. Be hydrated all the time. Take a water bottle with you and electrolytes.
Take all the necessary precautions. In last 15 days I had heat stroke twice . So take care of yourselves and your family and friends .
Share from which country you are and how much temperature is in your area?
Share essential information with your loved ones.
Stay happy, stay healthy, stay safe, stay connected.
