People are always in search of happiness. They try to do so many things so that their home always be filled with happiness and joy. It’s often seen people buying things on expert’s advice which attracts happiness. I don’t know how effective these artifacts are. But imagine a person buys a feng shui show piece thinking this will bring happiness in her life and quarrels all the time with family members. Do you think the person be happy? She don’t need things, she needs to change her attitude of quarrelling all the time.
Depending upon things and people for their happiness is the big mistake people often make. When you are not happy from within, nothing can make you happy. Neither any thing, nor people. Find happiness within. When you are happy from within you will make others happy too. People who hold grudges, anger, negativity, jealousy, are toxic. Stay away from these kind of people. They not only are obviously not happy with themselves and chances are they will also don’t like to see you happy too.
Everyone has their own defination of happiness, their own outlook makes them happy or sad. Each emotion is equally important. Important is don’t stay in same emotion for too long. If you are sad, don’t be sad for too long, try to get out of your sadness as quickly as you can. If you are happy, great, everyone want to be. All are working hard to attain it. Celebrate your happiness and again start a new day with new challenges.
Make small goals for yourself and celebrate after attaining each goal. Every day you must have some work to complete or the other, you must have something to look up to. People who make the habit to attaining small goals earlier, achieve success by attaining bigger goals later.
The day you don’t need anyone to make you happy is when you attain happiness within. When you are happy from within, no one can take away your happiness from you. Then you will feel happy even while eating simple food. Stay happy always.
Today is Sunday. All are in relaxing mood, both the images above reflects different ways people spend their holidays, some love adventure, others leisure time. Everyone’s happiness depends upon their lifestyle, their choices, their mood. People often go for shopping in big malls and marts too. Big brands attract their customers with huge discounts, offers, cashback and many such attractive promotional schemes. Amusement parks are great for kids, children it’s a place families love to go. Joyrides , cartoons , goodies , who don’t love them? But you have to pay to enter any amusement park around the world to enjoy all the rides and have fun. And it’s worth your money and time.
Nature lovers are found in city park and a tree don’t ask for money to give you oxygen and shade. Trees are so selfless, isn’t it. It’s calming experience to visit a park. You don’t have to pay anything, instead you enjoy fresh air. Children get fascinated to see amusement park and these amusement parks provide so much fun that one whole day is not enough to enjoy all the rides, watch all the shows. Adults also become child when they see them enjoying and behaving like a child. The child in them appears in front of all. They also enjoy buying merchandise of their favourite cartoon.

Video games fascinates children animation based games gives them joy but at cost of their health. How? Besides less physical activities children are prone to eyes strains, low vision due to continuously seeing the screen. Indoor games like UNO is also available online, for that also children choose mobile over physical UNO placards. It’s good to play outdoor/indoor games offline.

Have you heard a mother who rewards his child with an apple for doing good in exams or anything else? No! And imagine will the child be happy to get an apple as reward? Again, no. Fast food fascinates, healthy food doesn’t. You will never see an advertisement for healthy food, fruits and vegetables. No, they don’t need any advertisement because their nutrient value makes them valuable. They don’t need attractive, colourful packing. Isn’t it? Mindful eating is the Mantra for healthy lifestyle. More quickly you switch to healthy lifestyle, more good you will see in your overall health graph.
When we explore places, things on our own we learn and grow. It’s not necessary to find all the answers online. I came to know about an app which plant a tree on your behalf, if you stay offline for 30 minutes continuosly the plants growth will decrease if you touch your mobile before a set time and increases with more time you stay offline, how innovative and encouraging. What if we stay offline more and the app makers plant a tree in real on behalf of us. Incredible! On one hand we are staying offline more and obviously be more creative and productive. On the other hand we are helping environment. Wow ! What an idea!

In this fast world we are also living a fast pace life in which we don’t have time to have proper meals. Thanks to junk food industry, we and our children are more interested to eat fast food items than eating home made simple food. Reason is it’s easily available and at economical prices too. Where men and women both the parents are working, they prefer time saving instant foods. They don’t have time to cook meals and also don’t have time for having family lunch.
People are so busy earning money that they forget living, eating, enjoying. All this affects their health and it lands them to a nearby gym or dietitian. Eating right and exercise are as important as brushing your teeth daily. Though exercise needs efforts but it’s worth it. Apart from working in office or at home a proper exercise session is a must.
We will only be happy when we are healthy. For happy and healthy life we have to come out of our comfort zones. Being fit and fine always payoff in long run. It protects you from harmful disease. Who wantsto be ill and take a pill? No one, right! So for that, you have to move your body.
Imagine you are not well and on medication. How do you feel? Don’t like to have those medicines which will give you side effects in longer run though they heal you. You feel low all family members get disturbed if one member of the family gets a disease. Dealing with it gives you mental trauma, financially also it can finish your savings. You save money to fulfill your future goals and not on diseases. Do you want your children studies suffer due to your illness? No parent will want this to happen. If you follow a healthy lifestyle 90% chances are that your children will also follow the same.
Healthy citizens of country are assets. Mediclaim secure you mentally and financially. But you have to think wisely for yourself. When you get ill mediclaim will only pay your bills but your body suffers , no mediclaim can give you back a healthy body. You and only you will have to make an effort to attain it.
This summer we went twice for vacations. Both the vacations we make memories. It’s good to have more family members to come along and have fun. It makes relations strong. The experiences and happiness shared along the journey is remembered throughout your life. You may sometimes forget but your family will remind you the things that you come across in the journey. You feel good about it.
We reached our destination by road. The journey was filled with happiness. All were happy to be together. Sometimes, no matter where we are going, if we are with right people it’s enough. The purpose is to be happy and spread happiness. Things that we do during our journey are memories we cherish throughout our lifetime.
It’s not that we enjoy less with friends. But with family we are more responsible, protective and at the same time having fun. We all pack food and drinks with us. It not only make us share things but also teach our children, the future of the country, how sharing and caring go hand in hand.
The destination was 6 hours away, but it took 9 to complete due to traffic and due to stoppage for refreshment and freshen up. The smiles, the laughter everything is captured in our mind though we also click pictures too. Looking forward to more trips like this one in future.
We all might have travelled from one place to another on plane. I also travelled many times. Sometimes we enjoy, another time not. We demand something or the other when we are boarding on plane. We always think, we have paid the airlines money, we must avail all the facilities provided by the airline. We just press a button and one of the crew member within a few seconds is at our service, as if, we have rubbed Alladin’s lamp and a genie appears in front of us asking ‘ kya hukum hai mere aakka’ ( how can I help you). Then we ask sometimes for drinks, AC etc.
Recently I have the pleasure to go on vacation and while travelling I also like any other passenger was cursing the airline, this is not good, that is bad, comparing with other airlines. I was excited to reach the destination and nothing other than that came in my mind. Reached there, enjoyed the vacation and while coming back through same airline my thought process totally changed.
The AC was off, everyone was annoyed and asking to turn on the AC. One of the crew member came and said AC will be turned on once the plane take off. I was also feeling hot but stayed silent. One passenger from my behind said ” They are not switching on the AC will they give us refreshment also or not?”. I was thinking how stressful it is to calm down the passengers, no doubt passengers were also right. All this was being handled by one of stewards on the plane.
The plane took off well, passenger behind my seat was boarding on plane for the first time, he remembered God. Our plane’s captain was a female. I don’t know why I was happy to know this. I silently wish all the best to the female captain in my mind and slept. When I woke up, it was 4 o’ clock in morning and we reached at airport before scheduled time. The landing was also smooth. All the passengers including me were waiting for the doors of the plane to open so that we can exit. While coming out I saw the captain of the plane. In white uniform she was looking fab. She was in a hurry, took her baggage and exit just before me.
Driving a car might be easier than flying a plane I am sure. While driving a car,daily going through same route you become aware: where the speed breakers are, when you will approch a traffic signal, you can stop by the side, you are grounded, doing nothing against gravity. On the other hand, inspite of being on same route pilot don’t know when the plane has to go though thick clouds. Each day is new and unpredictable. And if the passengers are not happy with the services you just have one choice- to calm them. The training which crew members get is maybe more about how to be mentally prepared for any unforseen circumstances, how to remain calm if they have irritating passengers on board etc. All these thoughts in my mind made me silent and to respect the profession of a Pilot and crew members. A big thank you to the Captain of our plane.

Everyone got excited when it comes to going for a vacation. It create another level of happiness and thrill to explore new destination. Taking a break from hectic schedule is necessary for all. Vacations makes us more energetic, our mind gets fresh and overall feeling is good.
Do you remember the days when at school children were sent for summer vacations. The moment summer vacations starts children enjoy their free time by playing games, chatting with friends, enjoying watching their favourite cartoons, having fun with all. Today also children are given vacations but now they are burdened with useless holidays homework which they just want to complete without learning anything from it.
Going on vacation lightens the weight of your pocket but it’s worth it. People go for spiritual vacations, religious vacations, historical vacations etc. Each vacation makes us more open more knowledgeable about the place to visit. Exploring is, knowing that place more, loving the adventure attached to it. The feeling of going on vacation makes a person think how to reach that place, mode of commuting, what to carry, what to wear, essentials needed, thanks to technology that makes us know in advance the forecast of next coming few days prior to our visit there. It gives us the opportunity to prepare ourself accordingly.
The best part of vacations is the happy memories we make are not only captured in our cameras but in our minds too. Another way of spending your summer vacations is to go to the park and enjoy nature. Good for families, youngsters, children, old aged, everyone. You will find people of all age groups in a park near you. Be there and get motivated how people including you are health concious. Take water and some eatables with you if you like to spend more time in park. I think it’s worth going to a park and socialize than spending huge amount on watching movies in theater, it’s good for health too.
So, start your day with early morning walk in a park, plan a vacation there. I am sure you will end up finding a good place to go for a vacation. After coming back from your fun-filled vacation don’t quit going to a park.
