Nature lover in me was dying to see beauty of nature in monsoon. So decided not to go far but to visit one of my favourite park. Sharing pics with you. Sometimes you don’t have words to express how you feel, but to just feel. Your five senses feel so refreshing, when you are with nature.

In a world where everyday you hear and listen news about war, floods, earthquake and many more devastating things going around us. How can you think about being unaffected by these.
Every now and then your mind takes you to what will happen in future. After so many days , after watching a reel on instagram it inspires me to write a blog.
We all are sailing in same ship. The reel was about how to regain your spark and be happy.
Being a teenager’s parent, I only think about the future of my child. Pray and wish π€ for the best.
When you are focused on the well being of your loved ones their happiness becomes yours. You feel happy to see the achievements of your child. It gives you more happiness than yours.
Being active again in stack market gives me direction. The market opens from 9:15 am to 3:30 pm but the homework is to be done after market hours. It takes a lot of your time and dedication. Which makes me so focused on that ,that I forgot to post any blog for so long.
Recently done 3 months course on Holistic Nutrition from Deititian , Lavleen Kaur . Learned so much. All the things makes me occupied. When you learn something new. Your vision towards life changes. Small things gives you happiness. Preparing a healthy meal makes you happy. A tea/coffee break slows you down.
To pen down your thoughts clears your mind. I must say I have a great experience to write blogs and enjoy so much. Blogging has become one of my true friend to whom I can share everything without thinking any second thought.
If you want to be happy, stay active, learn new things. If someone betrayed you that is not your fault. Focus on people who truly love you for who you are and that’s the most special reason to be happy.
World is waiting for you with open arms. Don’t lose your spark β¨οΈ.
So let’s focus on ourselves and the good things which we have in life. Be thankful for lovely souls in our lives. Let’s begin new month with a positive note.
Mindful eating can give you that happiness which you are seeking.
So if we love coffee or tea what’s the big deal. Actually our body knows what it wants . We just have to listen.
Why we are thirsty because our body needs water. So we drink water. In that same way when we think to eat something, that’s our body’s signal that our body needs that food.
Yes, sugar is the villain , but if you are celebratingΒ once a while it’s okay.
Junk is a big no π«
I know it’s very difficult to avoid for the professional who are too busy can’t cook and fully rely on outside food like doctors.
We see only junk food when we go out. That it makes us tempted towards that food. So pause and search around try as much as possible for good food.
