Just believe in yourself and trust you are the best. I promise you will become best version of you. If someone hurts you forget and move on. Write down your qualities on paper, daily read that and those qualities will remind you how special and unique you are. Believe me no one in the world can drag you down if you believe in yourself.
Being kind to others is also a way of happiness. If someone is unkind to you, don’t stop being kind. Their unkindness shows their intentions and your kindness shows your character. Don’t fall from grace.
When you start something don’t stop in between. Like I started workout since 1 year and still doing it. Why? Because I want good health for myself. If you persue anything complete it. Focus on that one thing. I know in this world distracted from unwanted notifications on mobile, it is very difficult to focus on one thing. But you can if you want to. ‘Where there is a will there is a way‘.
Everyday we come across good and bad people. We should know from whom we have to stay away and who is shinning light in our life.
Someday you might feel so good another day you might be not well. When you handle both the situations well that is when your life gets balanced. You will know everyday is a new day and new beginning what so ever may come you have to face it with grace, mindfully, confidently.
Start your day with meditation, good vibes inspire good deeds, good deeds makes you a good soul. Meditation always remind us, energise us to differentiate between right and wrong.
