
My love for gardening was developed since childhood. My mother’s love for plants makes me aware of different varieties of plants.
From childhood I learned about it and still learning. There are many benefits of doing gardening. Recently I have read about its benefits. It not only is a mood booster but good source of vitamin D.
When we do gardening we are exposed to sunlight. By seeing greenery of plants and blooming flowers we feel so happy. Isn’t it?
It’s a good aerobic exercise too. Not only it benefits us but it also benefits our environment.
